A gym membership and a wearable (Apple Watch, WHOOP, or Garmin). If you don't have a wearable, an Apple Watch SE runs about $250. Think of it as part of the infrastructure.
4-5 hours per week of training. The programming is built around your schedule, not the other way around.
Your program adapts. Hotel gym, limited equipment, jet lag recovery — I build for your actual life, not a perfect one.
Most online coaching is a template program and a weekly check-in. I analyze your wearable data every morning. Sleep, session metrics, recovery. If something's off, I adjust your programming before we even talk. You get a coach who's watching the data daily, not checking in once a week.
No. I've worked with guys who haven't trained in years. We start with mobility and bodyweight movements. The foundation comes first.
The wearable is what makes this different from every other coaching program. It lets me coach off real data instead of guesswork. Your metrics tell me what's working and what needs to change before you even have to think about it.
3-month minimum commitment. After that, month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
