When career outperforms the body.
Premium online coaching for people whose career outperforms their body. Each week I review your wearable data, your logged lifts and the notes you leave, then build your next week around them. We talk one-on-one every week.

You already know something's off.
You wake up tired. Coffee gets you moving. You sit at a desk for 10 hours. Your back is tight. Your shoulders are rounded. You haven't moved with any real intent in months.
You crushed a board meeting at 10am and ordered takeout for the third night in a row by 8pm. The calendar runs your life. Your body gets whatever's left.
You've started the program three or four times. You start strong, then life gets busy, your training drops off and you restart from scratch.
The gap was never information. You already know what to do.
You delegate everything else.
You don't do your own accounting. You don't write your own contracts. You don't manage your own IT. You know experts produce better results and your time generates more value elsewhere.
Fitness is the one area where you still try to figure it out alone. It's usually the one area that never gets fixed.
Your whole week lives in the app.
Your program is on your phone. You log every set, weight and rep as you train, and you can leave me a note on anything: a substitution you made, a machine that was taken or how a lift felt.
Your wearable data syncs on its own in the background. Every week, your summary shows up right there, and it's the same place I look when I build your next week.
You already put in the work. This makes it count.
Three layers working together.
Weekly data review
Each week I review your wearable data, the sets and weights you logged and the notes you left, then rebuild your program around what they show. You also have direct access to me between calls.
Individualized programming
Your training is built around your schedule, your equipment and how your body moves. Your nutrition fits how you actually eat, travel and work. And I review your form on the lifts that matter.
Weekly 1:1
We meet for 30 minutes every week. It's the one slot in your calendar where someone is focused entirely on your progress, and everything we cover lands in your app.
The work speaks.
James Nunan
I've spent eight years working with people who built something impressive and let their body fall behind. I've seen the pattern enough times to know exactly where it breaks down and what it takes to reverse it.
Another year of this. Or a different next 90 days.
Every week you get a full review of your data and training, a program rebuilt around your numbers and a 1:1 call. Capacity is capped at 8 clients.
Common questions.
What equipment do I need?
A gym membership and a wearable device: Apple Watch, WHOOP or Garmin. If you don't have one, an Apple Watch SE runs about $250. Think of it as part of the infrastructure.
How much time does this take?
4-5 hours per week of training. The programming is built around your schedule, not the other way around. You don't find the time. We build the program inside the time you already have.
What if I travel frequently?
Your program adapts. Whether it's a hotel gym, limited equipment or jet-lag recovery, I build it around your actual life.
How is this different from other online coaching?
Every week I go through everything: your wearable data, every set and weight you logged and any notes you left in the app. I look at your sleep, your session metrics and your recovery, then build your next week around what actually happened. You get a coach who rebuilds your program from your real numbers, not one who sends the same template every month.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. I've worked with clients who haven't trained in years. We start with mobility and bodyweight movements. The foundation comes first.
